We're thrilled to announce the release of EverCert v1.22, packed with powerful new features designed to streamline your workflow and enhance communication.
* NEW Feature* - /enroll Endpoint for Onboarding Users
- This allows websites with their own application process that collects data in a JSON format to easily send that data to us. Our system then maps the information to the right fields, making it simple to enroll users into an exam.
- This upgrade allows for a smoother, faster enrollment process and helps reduce the potential for manual errors. As always, our goal is to make the experience as efficient as possible for both you and your users.
* NEW Feature* - Offline with Payment and a Score
- We created a new Offline Upload process that lets clients upload user information and exam scores, then request payment before the scores get released.
* NEW Feature* - Expanded Testing Modality Options
- By allowing for more test modality options, we're making it easier than ever for users to find and take an exam. A notable addition is for live proctored exams administered in a test center environment, using EverCert to allow for ease of exam submission and completions.
* Enhancement * - Increased Size of Message Field for Proctor Feedback
- This allows proctors to give more detailed feedback to describe any issues they observe during an exam, which helps exam administrators better understand and address any problems. This leads to a clearer, more accurate record of each testing session, making it easier to ensure fairness and improve the testing process.
* Enhancement * - New Section That Stores Extra Details About User
- This addition makes it easier to organize and access specific information about users, such as personal information or exam-related data.
* Enhancement * - Removed First/Last from Orders View
- We updated the Orders table to remove the First and Last name fields, as they belong with the Customer record, not the Enrollee. This change helps keep information organized and reduces confusion, so exam administrators can easily tell who placed the order vs. who is enrolled in the exam.
* Bug Fix * - Set Pass Score/Max Score
- Before this update, the passing score and highest possible score were not being included in the data that gets sent back when an exam attempt is completed. Without these values, it's hard to see how an exam score compares to passing requirements or the total possible score, which could lead to confusion when reviewing results.
* Bug Fix * - Cleared Action State to Prevent Fake Notifications
- Certain actions in the system have been reset to avoid mistakenly triggering a notification about something that hasn't actually happened. This improvement will prevent incorrect updates from being sent out, ultimately preventing confusion.
* Bug Fix * - Prevented Double Message Posting
- We've taken steps to stop the system from sending the same message more than once. This ensures that users don't receive duplicate notifications or messages for the same action, which helps avoid confusion and improves the user experience.
At Everblue, we are dedicated to maintaining and continually improving our software to meet the evolving needs of our clients. We believe these updates will lead to even greater productivity, and we're excited to share them with you.
