A lot of times when a client comes to us looking for a certification or licensing solution, they come looking for one particular need. It turns out, they need a lot more than that.

So if you have a credential, a certification, a license, something of that nature, and you need everything from people being able to apply, pay, take an exam, take learning, have that material proctored, and then publish an actual credential at the end of that and then manage the lifecycle of that credential. Our platform can manage that entire process from end to end. All of that is provided under one roof so that they're not obligated to cobble together five, six, seven different pieces of software to accomplish what they want. It's all there in a one-stop-shop for them, and they don't have the complexity of tying all of those things together on their own.

We try to meet our clients where they're at. We try to fit our solution to their problems or fit our solution to their existing processes. Someone might already have one, two, three, four, five of those components in place, and they don't need everything. And so what we'll do is, we can turn those features off, and we can integrate with the software that they have. We're able to integrate with just about anything that's out there, and we do it all the time. And we're incredibly comfortable with it. It's one of our core competencies.

We make the process simple. We do the hard work, so they don't have to. Our clients don't have to be experts in the system. We expect incredibly little of our customers from a work output standpoint. They love how much it simplifies their lives, saves them time, and makes their jobs easier.
