We've launched Version 2.6 of the Registration Web App! This self-service tool allows test-takers to register, pay, and complete their certification and licensure exams online and from home.

This release includes the following new features:

• Navigation Bar - improved UX/UI allows administrators to easily switch between pages without having to type a URL
• Enrollees View - administrators can see all of the enrollments in a credential as well as invalidate and add attempts for users
• Allow for an Enrollment Period or Expiration Date - administrators can dictate whether a test-taker’s enrollment in the online test portal is based on when they complete their order or when the order was created

This release also includes the following updates and enhancements:

• Added Help Text on Course Management View - identifies Customer Provided Identifier (CPI) as an optional field with help text stating, “If not used by customer, leave blank”
• Added Guidance to Visit Root Domain Page - provides help text to test-takers who are required to purchase their exams directly from their government or credentialing agency’s website before they can gain access to Everblue’s online test portal
• Replaced “Voucher” Text with “Discount Code” Text - differentiates vouchers from discounts for organizations that offer both at separate stages of the testing process and provides clarity to users about which piece of information is needed
• Added If/Then Logic for Time Limit Overrides - closes an enrollment loop in situations where a user has been given a time limit override on an exam, wherein the registration system will recognize the override and not add an additional exam attempt for subsequent enrollments
• Added “Save” Button on Course Management Page - confirms user’s decision and helps progress them further into the test-taking process
