We're happy to announce that we've partnered with the State of Tennessee and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture (TDA) to transition all of the state's pesticide certification and licensing exams to a secure online test management platform.
By moving to an online exam delivery system, TDA can continue to certify pesticide contractors while limiting in-person contact during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
"Tennessee will undoubtedly be viewed by other states as a trailblazer for adopting such a user-friendly, affordable COVID-safe option," said Chris Boggiano, co-founder of Everblue. "The move from in-person test centers to secure online testing is surely a growing trend with no end in sight."
Everblue will provide an end-to-end test registration and administration process, starting with a customized e-commerce website for test registration and following through to the delivery, proctoring, and scoring of the state's 20 pesticide certification and licensure exams.
Key features of Everblue's virtual test management platform include:
Accessibility
Test applicants living outside the state will be granted the ability to complete Tennessee's pesticide certification and licensing exam remotely through Everblue's online exam management platform.
Candidates will be able to schedule and take their exam at any time. Everblue's digital test administration portal is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Likewise, Everblue's customer support team will be available to respond to candidate inquiries and requests around the clock.
Technical Support & Customer Service
The Everblue online test administration system simulates the in-person test-taking experience by providing instructions for how to log into an exam, how to select an answer, what to do if problems arise, and what to expect from the exam scoring.
Automated Scoring
Everblue's automated exam delivery platform will immediately deliver exam results to candidates upon completion. These results will be electronically shared with the state within 24 hours.
Expansive Reporting & File Storage
Everblue will be responsible for maintaining and sharing user activity reports with the state on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The state will be able to review reports that address overall pass rate, individual candidate record, the number of exams taken, the number of exams not taken by category, a list of questions missed by a candidate, and more.
"We make our clients' lives easier by providing a secure, end-to-end online exam delivery system," Boggiano said. "Our professional testing solutions are infinitely scalable, integrate all the necessary pieces, and remove all the technical complexity so organizations can continue to focus on what they do best."
